Have to agree 100% with dealing with things better Blotchedtabby! I started taking it mid cycle on my second clomid cycle- I was a mess regardless but the 2 cycles following it I was less coo coo caa caa lol.

It would be very interesting to read studies should they do them. I can't say if it helped my lp or not only 1 of 3 cycles was it extended. I also packed the sh!ts this cycle and am not taking anything or even ttc. I wonder what will be the result heh one can hope right?

Fx for positive results from all these natural supps!

Well I got my bfp after 3 cycles of taking b complex, so it could have helped! I think lower stress levels helped a bit too.

Sometimes its good to take a break from ttc, it does take up a lot of energy - both physically & emotionally. I was almost at a point where I needed a break when i got my bfp. Fx having a break works for you!

I'm thinking of cutting down my b complex to every second day. I'm starting to think it is the cause of my horrible headache/migraine that has lasted weeks.

Anyone else have headaches on b complex?

No headaches here - been on B12 for 6 months and B6 for 3 months. Maybe try cutting them out for a week and see if your headaches go away?

I've been on vitex for a couple of months now and AF has become ever so slightly heavier, but basically same length. When I was in my teens & twenties I would sometimes get a random really light AF out of nowhere & then it would be back to normal again, so it can happen. How long is your AF usually?

Usually 5-7 days n about 26-30 day cycles cycles have improved a lot on vitex & b complex. But the AF I just had was reLlt heavy fri medium sat light Sunday & gone by Sunday night.

Strange for me to have such a short AF
