I started vitex today. But what do you if you don't know if or when you ovulate?? I get cm multiple times throughout my cycle which means an annovulatory cycle and it can be months in between cycles. The last day of my last period was 1 wk ago. On bottle it doesn't say anything about when to takeb it.

Yep, took B-vitamins non-stop for the whole cycle...and still take them now because they can help morning sickness.

I didn't stop taking it after ovulation. I was using ovulation tests to determine when I was ovulating as it was very late prior to taking Vitex (that's how I found out about Vitex through researching short lateal phase) the naturopath said to just stop taking it once I fell pregnant. I actually went in twice to check with him!

Sounds like I need to get some Vitex. Can anyone tell me if taking too many supplements is an issue? I'm already taking omega-3, B Complex, Evening primrose, CQ10 and elevit. Do you think adding Vitex to that would be a problem?

How long we're your cycles before starting it?

I've taken my first dose I think I might take it all the way through my cycle and stop if I get a bfp. Here's hoping it works!!

I would start using some form of ovulation tracker if I were you. I take my temperature and put it into a Fertility Friend App. There is also OPKs you could use to give yourself a general idea. You can get them pretty cheap off the internet. There is also saliva tests you can do.

Okay...so, this cycle which started a few weeks ago, I started taking Fish Oil, Vitex (Blackmores), B12 (for blood), and is it B6 or the B complex that I should be taking to try and regulate the phases? What does the B complex contain? And of course preg. vitamins!
