Good news! AF arrived today, so this cycle was only 32 days down from 62! I'm pretty happy with that. Been taking vitex everyday but now stopping for AF. Will resume again soon. So happy my cycles are normalising.

ProudMumma - I've read that vitex supports progesterone production but during AF progesterone is supposed to dip so there's no point taking vitex?? You might want to look into that. There's opinions both ways (continual or stopping) but I'm giving myself a few days break then back on it.

Also I've forgotten a few times this month (3 or 4 days in a row) and it seems like it still worked.

I think it's so hard - everyone is different and it's hard to tell if something is working for you.

Fair enough. I didn't know that bit does make sense though. I'm so desperate to find a way to help my cycles and hormones stabilise naturally that I think I need to take something for a while to see improvement. I just want to be able to recignise when or if i ovulate!!!
