Hey girls sorry to be a ring in, but I was wondering if you have heard of any other Vitimans to take for fertility for both male and female ?

Not too sure...i did take epo for a while from af until o as i heard it can increase fertile cm. But I stopped taking it a couple of months before my bfp anyway...i didn't really need it as my cm was fine.

Eta: i've also heard of maca root.

I started taking vitex in nov & was preg by feb (with bub I just lost) I didn't start it at day 1 I wasn't even tracking my cycles as they were so all over the place but it def sorted them out more than before down to a 25-30 ish day cycle ive had heaps of trouble with my cycle since my dd 2&1/2 was born. Vitex def helped. I got some more today in the hope to sort out everything again. Not taking n vitamins though just a normal multi & iron & folic acid. Oh and it sends my skin mental but I'd prefer pimples to crazy cycles

My cycles were 23-24 days I started taking Vitex after 3 months of TTC and a misscarriage. My cycles increased in length every month by around 2 days.
I cant recall if I started on day 1 but I took it non stop (did not stop after ovulation). Had a chemical pregnancy 3 months after starting Vitex and a sticky pregnancy 2 months later (currently 31 wks)

I'm cd 13. No pos opks but ewcm! Hoping it won't be too far off! I wonder which part of your cycle it shortens, whether it is the first half or second. I'll feel better about my cycle once I ovulate. Right now I'm terrified of another 109 day cycle!

Vitex usually shortens the LP when it's long, but when it's normal it's doesn't effect it. For me, my LP is perfect every month always 14/15 days without fail. Vitex never changes it. It's the first part of my cycle that is the issue with ovulation happening sometimes not until CD22 :/

Vitex basically evens out the hormones. So if the issue is with estrogen and LH/FSH (so issues with first half) it will help that. If the LP is missed up that is usually to do with progesterone.
