With very hormonal breakouts on my chin and big blind pimples and as soon as one goes down another appears! The only upside was the AF finally came after 10 days and I want to keep taking it until I seeing if this cycle is shorter or not. Do u think my skin will calm down?? I don't think I can handle it if it stays like this even If it regulates my cycle!!
Vitex can influence your hormone levels so I guess it can make your skin break out. My skin would always break out around o and af time because of my hormone levels. My skin cleared when I got pregnant though. Maybe see how you go? Or you could try just taking it before o...it might not be fully effective that way but might be a good compromise between it regulating your cycle & break outs.

Haven't ever taken vitex but taking B-complex made my temps go up about 0.2C over my whole cycle.

If I don't fall preg the next cycle Im going to get a referral to a fs. Hopefully they will find out for me. Im cd6 today and started B6 tonight
Its good your prog levels are probably fine. Fx the b6 works for you.

    I'm still taking 50mg of B6 in a B-complex (Cenovis Mega B).

Good luck starflame! I hope it's helping.

I can't remember if my temps were up with b6 and I've forgotten my fertility friend login details!
