I usually put it down as 'light' if it required more than a panty liner. Otherwise I called it spotting and didn't count it as af. Is there a chance you're oing now? Occasionally people get ovulation spotting...i got it the cycle i got pregnant but it was more like pink coloured cm.

I'm a bit confused. Does vitex cause spotting? Or am I reading pp wrong?
My period is like clockwork so I don't want to do anything to muck it up.

Exactly what are the ttc benefits of vitex & vitamin b? I research on the net & it just makes me more confused

Vitamin B increases egg quality and therefore improves corpus luteam quality so may help progesterone levels, lp & spotting. B conplex can also help generally with energy and stress.

Not sure exactly the benefits of vitex...i think it increases/influences oestrogen?

BT: its been going on since last Tuesday so it would've been over by niw if it was o spotting.

Vitex helps regulate cycles, hormone levels so is great for women with pcos. If u already have clockwork cycles and know u ovulate then u don't need it.

Agree that is you have good cycles with no issues with ovulation or your LP I wouldn't take vitex.

    Ok good to know

So I should probably stop vitex & just use b6. My period seems to have stopped completely on day 3? It usually lasts 6ish days.

    Would that be from vitex?

I never found vitex to change my period length. But then I never took it until spotting had stopped....

Vitex is a powerful herb and if women have nice even cycles with no issues with ovulation, LP defect, hormone imbalance etc, I probably wouldn't use it unless it gets to the point of unexplained infertility and you are out of options. While is stabilises weird cycles, helps ovulation and lengthens LP, it can be known to make normal cycles a bit dicky.

If your cycles are regular but you are looking at a fertility boost I would suggest something like royal jelly along with B6

You are right delirium, vitex has changed this cycle a bit. i should have researched a bit more before taking it. Ive been spotting after ovulation for months so b6 and royal jelly should help fix that? I can get pregnant I just cant stay pregnant and I think that's because im spotting so much my lining isn't optimal. Just me guessing, all my tests came back good except vit d which I am taking now.
