Would be interesting to hear some ideas! I would love to be able to afford the gym and a personal trainer! For now though I buy the weight watchers magazines and I find the recipies, stories etc give me a little motivation (obviously not a lot lol cause I'm losing weight ever so slow!).

I haven't weighed myself lately, refuse to when I'm leading up to AF cos I know I bloat badly. I did, however, have to buy some jeans for work and I'm down a size and very close to being able to go down another size. The 22's fit nicely but I accidentally grabbed a pair of 20's. Just out of curiosity I tried them on and they actually did up. They're still a little tight but not too much. Pretty happy with that.

I'm also about to start aqua with my elderly neighbour. She's been doing it for a while now and they're trying to get more people along to it so thought I'd go.

I am very much lacking in the motivation department. I'm eating too much and crap and feeling worse for it. I'm not game to get on the scales

What do you ladies do when you need that extra kick?
I am also lacking motivation. I can't afford to go to the gym so I am trying to figure out what exercises I can do at home. I think I really need to set up a routine for myself.

resistance bands are cheap and easy to use. They're a really good workout too

For those who can't afford the gym, I understand if you live in a regional area. I live in a city area and due to the competition between gyms mine works out at $10 per week. By cutting out some bad foods you would easily save that money. It might be worth phoning around and playing one gym off against another like you do with insurance in order to get the best deal.

I've had a bad weekend. Lots of alcohol with coke and no food. I had a decent meal today but I need to stop skipping meals.

Coke is gone again so will see how the week goes.

I had a night On the booze but at least didn't eat greasy hangover food the next day lol. Last week only gave me a 200 gram loss.. I know a loss is a loss but I'm working hard dammit lol
