    Have you tried taking measurements? Sometimes they show the real loss.

    I weighed myself heaps sometimes twice a day, but now I have a certain time and day once a week.
    Hope some of us start seeing some results soon, it's such a long process!

    I braved the scales this morning!
    4kgs down from when I last weighed, a few months back lol

    What motivated me was the good news that my cholesterole (which was so high when ds (now 2y3m) was 6 mnths, I was on 2 tablets to bring it down, went off them in november...it was up a bit in feb...came down again with diet alone!!

    There is a lady about the same size as me that has jogged past my house twice in the last 20mins, it is also sprinkling with rain, I was thinking I should do the same.... but it looks like a lot of effort!

    I hate seeing people like that, really I am probably secretly wishing I had that motivation.

    Fantastic day food wise but after Tuesday I'm on 3 weeks holidays! Hopefully I can get in an exercise routine.
