Hullo I hope you don't mind me butting in. I am currently going through the same thing at the moment. I need to lose 35 kg and in one month have lost 5kg so pretty stoked with that I have needed to lose weight for a couple of years now and have tried other stuff (pretty half heartedly or not for a long period of time) and nothing has worked. I decided to bite the bullet (and after seeing a friends success) am doing the Michelle Bridges 12WBT. I was very nervous but determined. As the weeks go on I am feeling better, have good motivation to keep losing and there is HEAPS of support! This is my first round and I was quite intimidated from all of the ' health ' buffs who live and breathe this stuff. However, I am constantly reminding myself this is my journey and stop worrying about what everyone else is doing. I have joined some local 12WBT groups on FB and they are great for motivation, tips and advice. If anyone has any questions, I am happy to answer them. I don't work for MB just want to say it has been really good for me and I am really enjoying the food side of it.
