I stepped on the scales omg must be wrong..... Lol I'm 102 kilos wahhhh!

So I've lost 16-17 kilos since having my baby without really doing anything! We are moving this week then I'm arranging lite n easy. Dp is buying me a juicer I'm so excited I've been asking for one for ages!!!

I can't eat half the healthy stuff due to my effing braces like carrot sticks, nuts etc so what the hell do I snack on? BREAD!!!!!

monnie, i struggle to eat healthy too. I was contemplating lite and easy... But like mummyrissa said, its stupid spending so much when you STILL have to buy food AND cook for others, Plus i also am quite fussy...AND am lactose intollerant. So ive figured i need to just bite the bullet, force myself to walk with DS, and eat healthy...

When do you ladies get the time to exercise?! I Find between running around after DS (And atm my mum who is unable to do some things for herself and is living with us for now) im totally exhausted, and the thought of exercise in the 30mins-1hr a DAY i get to myself, just seems all too hard!

I am not expecting a loss tomorrow as we went out for dinner again last night and I'm about to head to my dad's for lunch I have been on 2 walks this weekend to the park so hopefully it balances out!

I struggle to eat healthy too, I don't like veggies and I HATE fruit! Re: snacks - I eat a lot of rice crackers, sometimes with salsa or sweet chili phili! I have also been getting used to eating carob instead of chocolate as I find I only need one or two pieces to kick the craving!

That's it exactly, I'm a strong believer in a relapse is ok but it's how you get back on the wagon that counts!
