The powerboard. It's completely out of date and all the circuits don't run through the safety switch. We can't get lights installed downstairs until we upgrade the powerboard. Anyone got a spare $2k to give us.

Our bed. It sags and is lumps and dips all over the place. It sags at the sides so you kind of have to cling on to each other or the bed so you don't roll of the bed.

Toss up for the last one, could be the dryer (dryers aren't supposed to emit burning smells are they?), the driveway (car tracks with compacted dirt, weeds and stones in between), a front gate to keep the kidlets in?

    - Fridge (new double door massive one with heaps of room for fruit and veg! WHY are crispers so small?)

    - New tank/palace for my pet frog; his house is too small

    - Dishwasher (damn rentals!)

I would like a new hot water system, it's is electric and ancient and literally half my electricity bill is my hot water system.

A new sewing machine. I have my grandma's, and it just doesn't cut it.

Then fridge, air con and lounge

Our dining table and chairs. We bought the table and chairs before we had kids. The chairs have cream cushions that can't be removed for cleaning. DS1 refuses to use a high chair so you can imagine what his chair looks like. I want a solid timber dining set next.

Our kitchen cupboard door hinges are really dodgy.
