Oh I love Eliana what a beautiful name! Good choice on both names though Nothing wrong with DH having a lot of say. DP suggested both the names we are pretty sure will be used and I just happened to really like them

Anyone get a 15w gender scan? Did you need a referral from a GP or do you just book into a scan place?

I had one at 16 weeks and didn't need a referral

Great, I will have to have a look at scan places that do it

Did they confirm your bub was a girl then or at the 20w scan?

Also, if you don't mind me asking was it expensive?

Mine was $70. The woman was adamant we were having a girl. At the 20 week scan, the lady said she thought it was a girl but couldn't be 100% sure. My obstetrician has checked twice since and has confirmed that we're having a girl

It really surprises me that people get cranky when the obstetrician is late because they are delivering a baby. Seriously one day he will be late for someone else because he is delivering your baby.

The waiting is driving me crazy, I just want to know if we are having a boy or girl! I have a feeling it's a boy but DF is certain it's a girl. haha.

Couldn't agree more toni. Also obs can be late as someone has complications. I always think that I would prefer them to be taking time with that person to make sure they are supported than being on time. :-)
