GO CHOCCIE GO, Hang in there, you will have that beautiful bubba to cuddle in no time. We are all thinking of you and can not wait to meet your babe!

Toni, YAY for mat leave, so Jealous hope you enjoy it and get some rest before bubs arrives.

Nila, that sux about the GD, hope you cope ok with it. (I know I wouldn't, I'm struggling not having runny boiled eggs, soft cheese and med-rare steak, cant imagine how you must be feeling)

sorry, I cant remember other personals, (you ladies are way too chatty) but I hope you are all great and have nice relaxing weekends planned.

Can anyone tell me about your early scan?? how many weeks were you and did you see/hear a heartbeat?
I have my scan at 10.45 this morning and just want to know what im in for, and if I can expect a heartbeat (just a little nervous!!!!)

    Thanks LilSmurfy,
I'm 6+3, so probably pretty borderline to see a heartbeat I think. I have my everything crossed though.

Nila, sucks about the gd. Do you just have to eat a very low sugar diet? Did you have any symptoms?

Toni- you must feel great to now be on maternity leave! Can't wait for mine to start, roll on 5 July!

Afm- glad the weekend is here, another week of stressful busy work down! My hubby has treated me to two lie ins this weekend, we usually have one day each, cos it's mothers day weekend. What a sweetie. So currently drinking tea in bed. Need the rest as have two birthday parties today, a 3rd and a 40th! Then being taken out for a special lunch tomorrow for mothers day, can't wait!

    Have a great day everyone!

The diet that I'm on is a low sugar low fat high fiber makes things really hard as you need to read labels 50 times and going out is a night mare... I had lunch out yesterday and my blood sugar went through the roof it was 8 when it should have been under 6.7!

Choccie thinking of you. Fingers crossed you are closer now. That bubba must be quite happy where they are either that or you have super tough membranes. :-) I wonder if that's a compliment.

Nila - eating out would be really hard. Yay for c section date. You mustn't have long till they will deliver them? I can't see signatures so don't know.

Okay wave everyone else hope your having a good weekend!
