So, I'm up for round two. I recently took part in the Bubhub Bootcamp and managed to shed some kilos, but my weight seems to have plateaued and I need another kick start challenge to lose the final k's.
I find that I lose a lot more when in a group setting and like being accountable (keeping a food diary, reporting weightloss weekly etc) and having support by coming on here and sharing this journey with like minded people
So........ who's ready to join me? No pictures, measurements or weight disclosure needed guys (unless you want to), this will just be a support group for those who, like me, don't like to feel alone and just need to know that we'll be losing weight together.
I'm almost at my goal weight, I'd like to lose between 5 and 10 kg's to get there.
Start date: Monday 13th May (I wont ruin your mother's day )
End date: Monday 24th June (6 week duration)
