We started giving them to DD last year (she was 2.5ish) during winter. We will start giving them to her and DS (nearly 2) again soon. We used some immune system one, can't remember the exact name or brand though sorry. They seamed to stop her getting sick all the time.

I give my 20 month old Pentavite (started at 12months when switched to cows milk from formula), Fish oil and Inner Health Plus for kids. He is a really fussy eater so doesn't get enough in his food.

DS has been having fish oil ( with vit D ) and a pro biotic from 4 months as you just can't get enough from food alone!

I give our kids inner health plus immune boost, and blackmores kids vitamins. I stay away from vitagummies, they are rubbish as they are full of sugar. - I have had 2 pharmacists confirm this to me.
