I have already been on vitex for over a month.

    Congrats Elswyth!

I found vitex kicked in within 48 hours for me, but many naturos say it can take 3 months to see results. What dosage do you take?

Vitex did nothing for me and I believe it's because I have PCOS and needed something stronger to fix me!

Hmmm... I don't know what that means. Maybe it was a chem or maybe you're coming down with a virus or something?

I hope it settles down soon.

Thanks it's a useful article. From reading this I think my chart may be a bit up and down because of pee breaks and the fact that I have the monitor on the ground near my bed so I have to pick it up. This is my first month and despite the up and downs fortunately I have still been able to see ovulation.

    Taking bets:

When do you think AF will come?
    - tomorrow? That would fit my normal 27 day cycle.
    - However I have had a couple of 26 day cycles this year, even an odd 29 day'er last month. ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1371271166.668094.jpg

    Closest guess wins... Nothing.
