Hey, I totally get it. When I get towards the end of the month and I know I'm out I still am hopeful even though it's clear I'm out. It's hard knowing the month is a loss without ovulation I would suggest vitex until you see a specialist, it works similar to clomid to help you ovulate.

It's so hard isn't it? I really think you would benefit from Clomid, the change in my cycles is amazing.

This chart shows my last cycle before Clomid (over 100 days) and my first cycle of Clomid that made me ovulate (100mg). That cycle lasted 29 days.

Delirium - you must have good progesterone levels. They usually reached their peak about 6 days after o.

Yes, my BB's are sore from 1 DPO, I run to the loo. I find though my temp drops off about 9-10 DPO, I think that is caused by the corpus cyst dying off.

    Yeah, that sounds right Delirium.

That reminds of why things like b vits & vitex can helped lp. From what I've heard, b vits can improve the quality of ovulution which in turn improves the quality of the corpus luteum so can make the lp longer (and maybe improve prog levels). Presumably the same could happe with vitex as it works on ovulution.

Maybe it wasn't AF? Could it have been early pg bleeding? Wait... did you just get a new thermometer? If so, it would be calibrated slightly differently. If it keeps going up, I'd do a hpt.

I didn't have many typical symptoms like sore bbs. I had the following:

(CM TMI warning) Increased creamy CM straight after O for three or four days. Then it reduced a lot and stayed scant/creamy.

Hot flushes / flushed cheeks on 4dpo and 8dpo (and also yesterday and today). That was the main thing I noticed.. I've never ever had that before and it felt like a good sign, my cheeks felt and looked really pink for a few hours at a time.

Sharper pain around my left ovary almost every day, more like a pulled muscle than cramps.

And sort of a pain/dull bruised feeling around the lymph nodes (google tells me they are called inguinal lymph nodes) where your legs join your body. The glands weren't swollen but I just felt vaguely sore there. Which is super weird!

And finally I woke up very hungry the last few days, like I'd be sick if I didn't eat as soon as I woke up.
