Sorry guys for not being on here. I have just been heaps busy.
Hope everyone gets a really nice easy to interpret chart this month
Here's mine again
those look very close Becca, especially the bottom one. I think you should get a pos tonight or tomorrow morning.
Yes I agree
I'm just wondering if someone can please help me.
I've been charting for 3 months, this will be my first full month. I suffer very badly from insomnia. My original wake up time is 7am ( which is a sleep in for me) however I can wake up anywhere from 3/4am on. Sometimes I can go back to sleep other times I can't. Usually I'm just lightly dozing/daydreaming.
How accurate is my 7am temp if I've been awake since 5am but haven't got out of bed at all?
FF has no trouble finding my O date as I also use opks & maybe baby.
But I'm currently trying to note my luteal phase & how quick my temp drops prior to af.
Thanks for any help/ suggestions & also just to add I've already looked at the adjuster & not too sure it's a good idea or how accurate it is for me.
I should probably also add that my temp this morning at 5am was 35.89 but at 7am it was 36.4
Hi ladies this is my chart this morning. Do you think having two blankets on as we were freezing last night would have caused this temp spike? I poas but couldn't see anything.
Wheee munchkin, looking so good! Did you feel overheated when you woke up? If so then *maybe* because that happened to me, but if you woke up feeling just right, then I'd say no. Looks good!!
I am STOKED even if I am not utd because I had heeeaaaaps of cramping yesterday and thought AF was coming for SURE and that I would have another 22 day cycle. But she isn't here AND my temp went up so at the very least my cycle is going to be a normal length if it can hold on another couple of days! Yay
Also I was better with waking up on time to take it — my chart is so rocky from bad wakeup times. Oops.
I fell back asleep and woke unto the arrival of af and some excruciating pains have come with her.
