Fixed it up. I'm not taking anything other than vitamins and vitex.

If you just started vitex then you can't really predict what your cycle will do this time...i don't know whether it can cause spotting but its entirely possible as vitex can influence your hormone levels and presumably hormone levels can cause spotting.

How much spotting have you had? When i had o spotting I just had some pink coloured cm...from memory.

I started vitex last cycle. It's not pink. Definitely red. Every time I wipe there is a lot. I guess it's AF which would make it cd16 yesterday and Cd1 today.

Possibly. If your cycle's out of wack the vitex could have brought on af early? It seems very strange though...what was your last af like?

Last AF was normal. It doesn't tend to be longer than 4 or 5 days. Not heavy but not too light. Last cycle was 109 days. i started to take vitex 2/3 way through that cycle and needed provera about cd100. Feeling very frustrated and upset.

I've taken vitex off and off quite a while and never had mid cycle bleeding. Normally it's caused by low progesterone, and vitex ups that hormone so it's strange.

Are you sure you aren't pg?

I highly doubt it. Bd in April then AF 24th may (no bd in may). Only bd last night (first bd this cycle).
