But it just seems like every other time before AF
If you usually get spotting before af then it doesn't sound too promising.

Yep before every AF, but since I came off the pill it starts earlier than before. Last cycle 3 days before, and if AF comes when it's due this cycle, it'll be 4 days prior!!

If you've only recently come off the pill then your cycle might still be trying to regulate.

Can't remember but were you in the b6/vitex thread?

Been off the pill for 6 months now, and AF seemed to come back on board straight away. Cycle lengths are always the same, but just get the spotting beforehand.
Even when I was on the pill I'd get it a day or 2 before as well.

Yep pretty sure I commented on the b6 thread at some point. About having my progesterone levels checked. I had that done on cd21 and levels came back fine; I had ovulated. I'm just not sure whether I'm sustaining those levels in order to keep my lining good enough as the days pass

You could try b6 (if you havent already), that helped with my spotting.

Yep that was the plan if the same things happened again this cycle. So I shall be buying some next time in a store that sells it. It's 50mg isn't it?

Yep, 50mg is good to start with. Get it with the other b vitamins too as they should be 'in balance'.

Do you have regular cycles? It looks promising, especially if you get ewcm in the next few days or so.

I was having regular cycles except for my last freak cycle of 109 days. I realllly hope it was just that one crap cycle! I have been going over heaps of other cycles, trying to see if mine looks any good.
