Going quite well...don't even feel pregnant tbh! My 'morning' sickness mostly disappeared on saturday, but i've been making sure I drink heaps of water and eat before I get hungry. Fx everything is ok down there!

But i know my progesterone levels must be good as my mood is pretty good ...no crazy pre-o hormones.

Get the results of my blood test today...hopefully they're ok.

Hi ladies, just found this thread and trying to educate myself on bbt.

FF has changed my o date 3 times and my hopes are down now for a bfp this cycle coz its shifted 2 days from our last BD. Bit frustrating.! Im concerned im not temping properly as I did 2 readings within 5 mins and one was 36.47 and next was 36.32! This slight change in temp input made ff change o date to a day later making me 3dpo todsy instesd of 4dpo! Sorry to sound obsessive! Just confused :-/ ..... also, wouldnt extra blankets and heating effect our temps ever so slightly?...freezing in melb last few nights!

I do the same thing every morning. Wear same amount of pj's and have same amount of blankets on, regardless of how cold or hot I feel when doing my temp. I find cervix position very accurate

Got my cross hairs! so happy! 3DPO with countdown to test in one week.

Babylove - like Kazza said, you need to temp at exactly the same time, under the same conditions. I've found if I get up within minutes it drops 0.1-0.2.

Unless you are being excessive with bedding, it shouldn't matter. Our bodies work harder in the winter to keep us warm, and cool us in the summer. So a reading in summer should technically be the same as winter? Am I right girls?

Yep. Never noticed a difference in charts month by month, even with adelaides 45 degree day with no aircon on
