Default How much is too much caffeine? In your experience.

It seems that I cannot get enough coffee at the moment! I'm having at least two a day and sometimes three.

Dd (11 wks) doesn't seem to mind but I'm a bit worried that I might be having too much....

How many coffees a day do you have?

I am not a huge coffee drinker but I will have one whenever I feel like it plus I have a 3-shot coffee at least twice a week. I've never noticed a difference in my kids so I have never been concerned.

I was told by an LC to limit caffeine to 2 caffeinated drinks a day, as a guide.

When my DD was in NICU one of her medications was caffeine!
