    Just the age, I really don't want to start a debate over why a certain age is best!

    DS - 5 months, he weaned.
    Had I not needed to mix feed, I would have gone to 2+ (or whenever he was ready).

    Ds2 - 2.5 years
    Dd2 still going at 6 months old.
