Thank you HollyGolightly and Elswyth, im feeling a bit more confident about being immune to rubella. As I remembered one day being taken to the doctor by my mum (as an young adult) and her mentioning that I was away on the day we got rubella shots in high school, so I should get one then, I remember being like aww you tricked me!

The doctor couldn't see it on her record card but I'm assuming the ones she had weren't my entire history ones. I mentioned rubella to my partner, he said he remembers the girls getting rubella shots in high school, so I'm thinking my memory is correct.

I'm 30,does anyone around my age remember getting rubella shots in high school?

I would still get it checked as you still need boosters after your high school shot especially if you are 30 now as they don't call it life long immunity these days. I had to get my levels checked about 3 years ago before I went to work in the UK and I'd had a booster only 5 yrs before that working in a kids hospital and I was again back to basically no immunity My GP has that in his records so had the opportunity to test me again but hoping in 3 yrs it hasn't gone again completely. Good thing about nursing kids you are always kept up to date with all immunisations. Hopefully you are still immune though, I'm annoyed with my body I've had boosters for Hep A and B too as they didn't take 5 injections instead of 3 and the UK said I still wasn't good enough despite having an allergic reaction to the last injection I will hope I never need it again 3 months of uncontrolled asthma and itchy dermatitis was horrendous.

Told DH he doesn't need checks pre pregnancy but when I am at least halfway through he is to be jabbed as are all grandparents and aunts and uncles for whooping cough or they can't come near the baby till they can be my family are happy to don't know if DH has told his lol, don't want to be nasty daughter in law already that comes off as a scary bossy lady.

Yep, I'm 31, got mine in high school. I still got mine checked pre TTC though just in case. My doc did a heap of pre TTC bloods to check hepatitis, rubella, chickenpox, vitamin levels.

Thank you both, im hoping I'm still immune, my mum 'tricked me' into having it around ten years ago but who knows, im just freaking out that I might already be pregnant and not be immune, fingers crossed.

To be honest, I'm also quite devo that ive got ewcm, that ive waited weeks for but now can't baby dance!

In a perfect world I guess I will be already pregnant and immune! Hmm a perfect world, where can I buy one of those....

Yep, perfectly fine. Panadol is fine while pregnant as well. As long as you're not mowing down 8 a day of course

I'm on cycle day 32 of a usual 29-33 day cycle. I've o'd about cycle day 18 - 19 and bd every two days around there. I know I O'd then as I had a cycle day 23 blood test that confirmed o.
I had af type cramps on cycle day 30, and literally a dot, a Tiny spot of blood yesterday morning . I've used frer and fr fmu and bfn.
    Any ideas?
    Should I try another brand?
    TIA

Sounds promising mumzy! I've heard it can take up to 4 days for hcg to rise... Maybe wait a few days and try again?
