My eldest son stopped showering with me at around aged 6, he started becoming embarrassed to see me in the nudie so close but finds it is ok to walk in and have a chat if I'm on the loo or in the shower.
I still shower with my 5 and 2.5 year old and hubby still showers with them all as they are all boys :-)

I don't think there's age limit for kids to see their parents naked. As long as its not in a sexual context or makes them uncomfortable.

Dh and I both bathe and shower with dd (2.5) and will continue until she either says she doesn't want to. Quite often dh will be the one to have a bath with dd because I appreciate the time it gives me to myself!
Dd has been a bit. 'Grabbie' with dh but we have taken it as an opportunity to start the talks about body parts and private areas. It's not like we have an anatomy lesson very bathrobe but but she is curious about what it all is and why mummy has different parts to daddy etc. She now openly talks (in public) about random men and women telling me what kind of private parts they have! Haha

This. My Mum let it go on for years after I expressed I was uncomfortable, despite me continuously asking her to close the bathroom door. It's definitely affected our relationship. I don't even like breastfeeding in front of her and I breastfeed absolutely anywhere.

I think bathing naked with a child after about 6? Is a bit perverted. I acknowledge though that my own personal experiences and bias affect my views.

I actually started this because tonight, I made my almost 8-year-old get in the shower with me (she'd just gotten out - so she automatically saw me naked then... lol), because I decided she needed me to wash her hair because she sucks at it.

So I guess we kind of showered together. She hung around being loud and silly while I was finished showering (I booted her out because I wanted to shave my legs).

I then thought of the "what would BH judge you for," thread.
