Yeah, I'm guessing that too. I think perhaps over emotional too on my behalf. Thanks for the reply.

Bubs is growing strong and moving lots, I'm almost 24 weeks now.

    How is everyone else going?

I had to speak to that 1800 Medicare number for medical advice. When I mentioned that the pregnancy was IVF the 'nurse' said...well I figured that.....in a snotty tone. I let it go but I was so tempted to say....wow, so you figured my DH has a low sperm count and we need IVF to conceive just by listening to my voice and knowing my age?........I thought, Wow....what an arrogant comment for her to make. Most people have been great, encouraging and supportive...just every now and then someone feels that their negative opinion is actually important to anyone else I much prefer to share someone's joy than take the time to try and damage it.

Hi everyone - just updating - Jacob is 7 weeks tomorrow & doing well.. He fought sleep during the day soooo much - one awful day he only had 3 ten minute naps & was screaming for the whole day cause he was waaaay overtired !! But then I discovered slings !!! He loves it - falls asleep in it straight away... So now he is having good day sleeps... Thoroughly recommend a sling - specially if your bubs end up with a grumpy temperate like Jacob :-). I'm feeling much better & recovered from the csection... Feeling a lot more laid back with this bub being an older mum so there are advantages for us oldies :-)

Tan so great to hear you found a solution for the sleeping woes. I would be and would have no idea where to start

Precious wonderful to hear you are still going well.

AFM approaching 18 weeks and feel fantastic. I am finally feeling like this pregnancy has a chance after all our losses (pretty common fears with IVF pregnancies I think). It's all good!

Sounds like you ladies are going well.

Congratulations on baby Leah, wonderful news.
I had quick labours too, my first was 5 hours, my next was 1 hour, so I'm feeling somewhat anxious with this one.

I'm glad Jacob is settling nicely, wraps, carriers, slings are amazing and wonderful for bonding too, I can't wait. I'm 24 weeks today, still have a little way to go though. Have my midwife app. on Friday...always look forward to that.

Love hearing the updates on everyone, best wishes to those birthing soon.

    Hello Everyone,

Hope that your pregnancies are progressing well and Five Kids, congrats on the birth of your baby girl !

Sequoia and Jake were born on 9th of August via c section. Although we have our hands full looking after not 1 but 2 babies, we are very grateful they have safely arrived. C section went really well and am recovering quickly.

Congrats on your twins! Yes two is busy but it's all possible. Ours are nearly 9 weeks now so, although I'm new to twin parenting too, if I can offer any support let me know. Enjoy! It's twice as nice!
