Everything you're doing is enough at this age. And may I just say, enjoy and linger with the cuddles & staring contests! Savor the moments.

Once you have another one, sadly you don't have the time to just sit and marvel at your creation. DS2 is 8wks old and with DS1 only being 20mths & still dependent on me, poor bub gets shoved in the bouncer a LOT more than DS1 ever did!

Pretty much do the same. Did download the baby karaoke app for iPhone it's great. I put her on my chest and the karaoke on and song one or two signs to her. I find anymore than this she can get over tired. Also spend a bit of time looking I the mirror- she loves it

Most are designed with a bend in the flat bars they sit on so if you tap your foot on them the bouncer will bounce.

A couple of simple things we did was look in the mirror and if the weather was nice walk around the backyard looking at the trees as DS was fascinated by leaves moving in the breeze.

I made the mistake of spending too much time with my first and now at 2 years old she just wants me around all the time. I let my 7 week old do his own thing under the mobile but give him cuddles and talk to him and go for a walk around the paddock and show him cows, chickens, birds, clouds, trees..... I'm just not going to spend every waking minute this time trying to entertain the baby.
