    Default Parenting orders.

So if things are not good at home, what is the go with parenting orders.
If I was to leave with my ds1 (23months) but my partner yells no bloody way. He works a lot & hardly participates in raising our child as it is.
What can I do to be prepared?

Mediation would be the 1st step after seperation. In mediation you can both state what you feel is best for your DS and try and come to an agreement as to his care after seperation. If that works, its a parenting plan, which you can have turned into consent orders through the court. If it fails, you can go to court and let the magistrate decide what is best for your DS
