No pain on anti biotics already from tooth abscess so if infection they'd clear it up just so over it. The spotting was annoying but this is ridiclious

I know it's possible to ovulate pretty fast after a miscarriage but I wouldn't think after a week that you'd be having a period. If you didn't want to go to the hospital I'd ring your doctor or OB tomorrow and let them know what's happening.

If your bleeding through a pad or more an hour seek help other than that I was told it was normal for it to fluctuate. Both times after my mc I bleed for a long time and it went up and down a lot. Any longer than 12 weeks of bleeding is deemed abnormal. Mine went for 30 days last time and the time before that was 23 days.
