Yes, yes, yes. This is my husband to a T. He doesn't even know he is fibbing until it is pointed out to him. It drives me crazy, and sends my anxiety through the roof. I love him dearly and he doesn't ever lie out and out, just smudges things the way he thinks you want to hear them.

He is such a good guy, but by goodness I feel like killing him today

To everyone else who has answered thank you, because you guys have made me realise that yes he is only human...

As for the spin off, I am off to answer now, but I think he would say I over analyse everything he says. lol.

He is a dummy with emotions! I have to be very specific when I'm upset.
Also he's super competitive and ALWAYS has to win D:

But those two things aren't that bad, and sometimes make me giggle when I look back on them.

He often gets sidetracked and stuck in his own thoughts. Drives me nuts!!

Oh yes my dp does this and it drives me insane! But he's getting better at being blatantly honest to me, because that's what he gets from me and it's what I want

Worlds worst communicator when it comes to giving instructions or trying to describe something... It's really the only time we argue.

    Example:

DH: Turn the end upwards and then pull it down!
    Me: Huh? Which end?
DH: The end closest to you!
Me: I have two ends...the top end or the bottom end?
DH: *Sigh. The end that's closest to you!
    Me: So, this one?
    DH: No the other one!
Me: ...RAHHHHH!!! Explain it to me like I'm a 4 year old, step by step, please.
DH: *repeats exactly what he's said, just slower.
Me: *drops both ends and storms off in a huff!

This is why we never buy Ikea furniture!

Oh injust thought of another thing... DH will underestimate how much something will cost, to get me to agree to it...

Ie: told me DS1' s bday present would cost around $250 to make... so far we are at over $500. His response when I point this out "meh" lol

Dp is incredibly anal. He's constantly following me around cleaning. While I'm cooking dinner he'll come behind me and put everything away, dishes in the sink etc. As I mentioned in the your worst trait thread I'm lazy so you can imagine the arguments we have about this. He is completely incapable of putting himself in other people's shoes and showing some empathy. I wish he showed a bit more appreciation towards me.

DH is lazy. He does half-a-job when doing something.
