I tried Vitex as I had a 6-7 day LP - after 1 month I had a nine day LP - next month I got my BFP - so it appears it worked for me for LP reasons at least.

Although we are not TTC until next year I was thinking of trying vitex.

I have PCOS and needed the help of clomid to O when I was TTC #2. I am currently CD 35 and there is no sign of AF.

Apparently it can take a while to kick in so lucky you are looking into it before ttc. If I don't o in a cycle and I get to cd35 I take provera. I'm hoping this cycle will be shorter so I don't have to.

I don't have any provera so I will just need to wait it out (lucky me). I really want to trail it so I can see how it works with me and if it doesn't work I can look into other methods before going on clomid.

I'm also trying vitamin b complex and fish oil.

If you have PCOS and you're not ovulating, then Vitex isn't going to do much I'm sorry to say

B complex helps luteal phase and regulate cycles. I have also read a few things that say that omega 3 can help ovulation.

I have read a lot about it regulating your cycles so you can ovulate on your own.

Well I only came off the pill and it can take time to regulate so maybe it's not vitex? The doctor gave me metformin but wanted to try a more natural approach!
