    Were you ovulating before trying vitex? Because I'm not ovulating and hope that vitex can help bring it on.

    No i wasnt ovulating on my own before vitex. I hope it can help too!

    So I just got AF; this time I had CD26 (last month was CD27) so it looks like the vitex is helping to regulate. Not sure if ovulating though?

    Well when I went off the pill I had 29, 14, 66, 35, 60 , 36 (start vitex) 27, 26

    6 months of crazy cycles seem like a bit much. Did your GP do tests?
