I tool have started trying Vitex this week - will see how irregular we are and if it changes. I know Clomid taken days 5-9 brings it down to a definite 32 days after repeat success, but want to try something more natural with less side effects whilst on the bandwagon from TTC. I'm trying the Blackmores one.

I started taking the Blackmores one just once a day when I last had AF and got a 27 day cycle! Before that I was getting around CD35; or CD60. Will have to see how next month goes (if not pregnant! Fx lol)

I started on blackmores too and switched to Thompsons aswell. Blackmores upset my stomach. I didn't ovulate my first cycle taking it so I'm taking b complex and fish oil too. How many cycles on vitex did u take before getting your BFP? Thanks for sharing gives me hope.

Yea Blackmores didnt really agree with me either.
I cant quite remember now but it was maybe 2 or 3 months before i got a cycle. And then it was the fourth cycle that worked for us.
Hang in there and good luck! There is definately hope. I know it gets tough. I had started thinking it wadnt going to happen.
    for you!!

I'm convinced that Vitex was the key to my BFP. I had been on Metformin for three years. I then started taking Elevit and Vitex. I got pregnant on my third cycle of Vitex. I was taking Nature's Own brand, 1 capsule per day. I took it continuously, throughout my cycle and stopped the day I got a +HPT. I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant and can't wait to meet my baby boy
