    Default Holiday suggestions

We would like to go on a holiday when bubs is 8 months before I have to go back to work. Preferably overseas or somewhere tropical in Australia.
Can anyone recommend somewhere. Also do places hire cots/ pushers etc?

Yep - most hotels have cots and the big hire car companies all have car seats - just make sure you order both when you book - we are going in September with my 2.5 DS and 18month old niece

What about Cairns? The weather there is great all year round and there is sooo much for kids and families.

    I'm
Still seeking more suggestions. From your experiences do most resorts have cots. I'm thinking of Hawaii, Fiji or port Douglas at the moment. I'm worried about length of flight to Hawaii.

This will be for my 30th too! Thanks for the recommendation of website.
I know everything is far! But I'm sure it can be done. We know a lot of people who have travelled with babies.

Fiji is super child friendly - short 4 hour flight.
Get a transfer at the airport to your hotel and they can put in a child seat.
All hotels should have cot facilities.
Also most resorts will have child care available at very reasonable costs so you can have some nights out or some time to yourself.
You can pick up package deals very reasonably and Fijians just love kids, especially babies.

DD is a very well traveled tot - NZ at 3 months and 18 months, Fiji at 14 months, Europe at 2 years - planning on the US at 3 years!
