I indoctrinate my kids into our religion.

I formula fed both from birth.

I've had two c-sections, the second purely because the first was awesome.

I rarely ever use sunscreen on my kids.

Everyone can totally judge me tonight.

DS and I had KFc for dinner because I CBF cooking and ate it while both watching the Simpsons.

I also got his tongue snipped as a newborn and had a small lump behind his ear cut out for pure cosmetic reasons, it was harmless but I still didn't know if it'd grow and chose to remove it.

Plus many other things that have already been mentioned by others.

I FF'd DS from 3.5 weeks old and until he was 18mths old he'd still have a FF bottle before bed.
    We sometimes co-slept
    We eat Maccas every fortnight.
He drinks lemonade when go out for dinner.
The tv is on pretty much all day when he is here.
I will get up and get him brekky and then go back to bed to doze/sleep or use my IPhone.
I sometimes read a book for a couple hours while my son watches tv or plays on the computer.
He plays games on my iPhone and its entertainment if out and about.
I let him play outside at my parents' place which is rural/country.
If we go to the shops he gets a donut and milkshake. Me to.
I let him decide what he wants to eat for all meals, and that includes snacks but I will make sure it's not all junk.
He goes to daycare 3 days per week and I'm not working permanent hours.
I'm a single mum who would have another child and stay a single mum.
I love not working permanent hours since February and being a less stressed SAHM.
I get annoyed when DS continually asks Why?!!!

Is it still safe to breastfeed if I smoke?

Some mothers who smoke believe that it is safer to give their baby artificial milk rather than breastfeed. On the contrary, babies who are artificially fed are more likely to suffer from the effects of second-hand cigarette smoke, compared to a breastfed baby. Breastmilk contains important factors to help babies fight illness. Exposure to second-hand cigarette smoke increases a baby’s risk of lung infections, asthma and sudden infant death syndrome.3

I thought she articulated herself well.

BFing is not necessarily better than FFing, smoking or not.

    .
I didn't know there was judgement for having tongue snipped? I had my sons done at 6 weeks due to him not latching properly and losing weight. I couldnt care less what other people think about that. Not getting it done can cause all kinds of speech and feeding/health problems later on. :P to them I say.

    Ah what a liberating thread....

    - I am overprotective of DD and germs, I've never let her cousins touch or hold her because I think kids = germs.
    - I think I let DD play on her own way too much, I work and study from home and she plays on her playmat by herself quite a bit.
    - I don't weigh DD weekly like I "should", noone does anything about her weight anyway, so 2-4 weeks it is..
    - I am very pro-vax
    - I ask for money or donations instead of presents for a lot of things (always worded as optional).
    - I was considering a CS when I was having a normal, healthy pregnancy and there was no medical reason for it.
    - I don't give a toss at what others want to do with their children's ears, if that's the "worst" that they're doing then they're doing OK.

Wasn't there a thread just a few days ago about kids getting sick and whether they were FF or BF and there was NO difference?

ETA: I realise this doesn't mean that it's scientific fact. But still interesting. And irl the kids i know who get the sickest the most are BF. But I FF so I'm probably not allowed to say that...
