Hi everyone I'm going to join in too. Currently 14 wks due 17/3 from a frostie. Probably cs 1/3 as I have a bad back & natural doesn't look possible. Can't believe I'm actually graduated to the next thread still hasn't sunk in.
Wishing everyone a happy healthy pregnancy & big fat healthy babies in the end as I know how hard it was for us all to get here. Xx finger for your placentas ladies hope they all behave and move.
    Have a good week

    Morning lovely bh friends

Welcome cheekynumum, amps and LindsayWA. Congrats and lookingforward to sharing your journey with you.

I'm fine, bubba is fine but we did sleep over at kemh last night.
Didnt feel great at work back rib pains returned so luckily came home 2hrs early. After dinner was walking down the hallway and wam felt like id peed myself. My first ever bleed or gush. After call to midwife was asked to come straight in.
Quite sure I'll be heading home today and be on rest. Thank goodness dh was home. It was a very calm trip up the freeway and surprisingly no tears until I walked to admittion and only a couple.
Dh was of course able to make me giggle in the mid of things
Girls we jinxed us discussing placentas..

Dr said it may be the first but be prepared could be more looking at placenta. Say placenta looks messy in there and right over cervix.
Kemh dr and staff were amazing. Couldn't fault them at all.

So our learning from this is...
    1. Have a small bag packed early
    2. Have petrol in the car - from here on in its not advised to run car to empty if you don't want your hubby to have ine over you! (I know dh was dying to dig me as I mentioned we were going to need to fill up as I planned on getting it tomorrow! He's been telling me for year's not to let it get that low!)
    3. Remember to put a book in the bag.... so you have something to do other than annoy your bh friends with 7am posts!!

Xx from sunshine and baby girl xx(who just gave me a nice healthy boot and heart beat has been strong all night)

Welcome and congrats to all the newbies

Sunshinebell, what a night you have had! Sounds like you have been very brave though. I don't think I would be able to hold it together as well as you have. I hope you get to go home soon xx

Sunshinebell! How frightening So glad that you and babybell are ok! Is there anything you can do to minimise the chances of it happening again (ie even more couch time), or is it just one of those things that you can do nothing about? ...I'm thinking no more work for you, but am pretty sure you were thinking of finishing up soon anyway? Keep us posted, hopefully you can go home today!

LindsayWA - welcome and congratulations! Xx

Still not 100%. I have the nausea in the arvo and at night and now I'm not sleeping very well. I wake up at about 3am for my third wee for the night but can't get back to sleep for some reason. It's driving me crazy. I thought everything was suppose to get better in the second trimester?

Sunshinebell - That sounds awful, glad to hear you're home now and I'm hoping you don't have to contend with anything like that again! ~~~~~ Kd0085 - Sucks that you're still getting nausea. I'm still getting tiredness so bad it feels like I'm on the verge of collapsing. Yesterday morning I felt short of breath and extremely fatigued, was okay after eating brekky, but then got very sleepy in the arvo and had to have a nap. But today I've been fine. So weird, but I am definitely waiting for this "2nd tri burst of energy" that's meant to happen! Lol. ~~~~~ Welcome and congrats to the newbies!! ~~~~~ AFM just plodding along. I have my second ob appointment tomorrow and I think he's going to try and tell us the sex when he scans me, woo! Although the Harmony test will confirm it next week anyway, lol. Just hope Squiggles is still chugging away in there okay. The last two afternoons I've felt constant fluttery vibrations while sitting here on my computer, so it certainly feels like he's quite active in there. Just hope it's not something else/all in my head!
