Yay Sunshinebell! Time just flys by doesn't it?
Has anyone of you ladies heard of Elevit making morning sickness worse? A friend mentioned it to me so I was going to test out the theory and skip it today.

Hahahahaha pizza is always good lol. I had a craving for pizza a couple of weeks ago and the place we order from wasn't open for lunch, so I messaged DH and said right, we are having pizza for dinner! he didn't argue with that one lol

I think that's very sensible to bow out at 29 weeks. It absolutely isn't worth it if there is a risk to you or bub, so I think that's a great decision. That's so cute about hubby sending home parcels.

Sunshine good to hear it was nothing serious.. I have been having a lot of round ligament pain that i had yo take panadol. OB said to rest as much as I can. Too sickie these 3 days & so boring staying home.. Pple say 2nd trimester is the honeymoon phase but not in my case.. I had severe pain 2 weeks ago when we were in Gold Coast , went to the hospital & everything was fine..

Tommi don't worry about movements I didn't feel anything until 19 weeks ..

Its so hard to be sure.
I read something about it and wondered is that having bad effect on me. about 13weeks had 4-5 days with out it (id have to really backtrack through here to be sure of timeline) I just couldn't take the non stopnausea anymore. And I had a few days of absolute relief. When dh found out he wasc ranky as he'd got it in his head from ivf how important the vitamins were for me and baby.... rightly so.
So I went back on them and he was home for a 2week stint and seen me all of a sudden go down hill and extreme all day nausea again! He felt so bad and sorry for me.
So after enough hell and another week of cruelty i decided to change to another sort. I spoke to the pharmacist. He looked at me like a nutter even though he'd been so great on all my ms trips there. I changed to blackmores. Magic ! I was about 15wks before ms magically went ... at the same time I changed from elevit.

Poor girls here its all they heard about.... I honestly didn't think mine would ever end. Constant sickies, hibernation at home, couldn't clean, cook, wash. Going in the car was the worst.

Worth swopping for a bit just to have some relief kd!

Kalshy I am 18 weeks now! According to IVF dates I will be 19 weeks next Monday, according to scan dates I will be 19 weeks on Friday! But I follow IVF dates, you can't get more specific than that lol I just want to get past my morph scan, once that's done i will feel much more relaxed I think! Just to make sure everything is ok with Boris!

KD I have heard a lot in the past about elevit making people feel ill, and when they have changed they have felt better - from memory it had something to do with the iron levels or something? I can't remember the reason but I take blackmores and they are fine. I hated taking the conception and pre-pregnancy vitamins though, they tasted revolting and I am sure they were worse this time around than when I first took them! You could always try something different to see if it makes a difference :-) I am really slack with my vitamins this time around though, I will miss a few nights, then remember for a week, then miss a few nights, then remember fine....so up and down this time!

I swapped to plain folic acid because elevit was making my MS worse... Now that it's eased up, I'm back taking elevit...
