12 wk scan took about 45mins. Active little bubba not cooperating throwing arms and legs around. Rolling. Sonographer said neck measurement looked good not thick so wait now to see what results are with Ob on Tuesday.
Went to birth centre orientation this arvo with hubby.
Also made the most of the mid year sale and bought a cot, change table and draws today. Had picked it out and hubby got it this morning while I was at work...so sweet! WaY more than originally planned but hey it was thhe one we liked. Saved hundreds overall on sale though. Now can sit in spare room for another month or so. Don't want to get ahead of myself.

H op pe you're all well..

That's excellent news sunshinebell. It's so amazing to see bub waving and throwing arms and legs during the scan. Our's actually flipped over on it's tummy which was so funny to watch.. they are so active aren't they..

hope everyone else is doing well..

Congrats on the great scan Sunshine! It's always good to see your little one kicking and moving around.

Little Sunflowers- sorry to hear about your cramping. I would take it as a sign to sit and relax. I know that's sometimes easier said than done. Especially in the early days when you're not really telling anyone you're pregnant.

AFM: I think the MS is easing a bit. I don't feel sick 24/7 just a couple times a day. And no vomiting for the past few days.I'm finding I'm getting big quickly and my pants don't fit very well anymore. I'm resorting to dresses and skirts for now before I need to bring out the maternity clothes. My 12 (or rather 13) week scan is on July 16th but I get to see the OB on the 11th. SO looking forward to seeing my two little bubs again! I'm a bit nervous about the OB appointment though since he'll want to discuss how we will proceed with the pregnancy (i.e. how many scans, appointments, seeing a specialist, booking in for a c-section).

Tommi - I'm feeling the same way as you! ...I have an OB appt on the 8th, and I'm told they'll do a scan (ill be 10 weeks), I can't wait, but I'm also scared to death that something could have happened...

kalshy - how many weeks are you? ...I think from memory you are a few weeks into your second trimester maybe... How are you feeling?

CDNinOZ - glad you are starting to feel a bit better! That must be a huge relief

AFM - had a bit of a meltdown on my DH last night, just feeling so awful, and m so exhausted... I'm still sick with a bad cold (it's been two weeks now), progesterone pessaries are still giving me the runs (sorry tmi), and i am still vomiting and dry retching all day long...lost it in a pile of tears, but probably a good thing for DH to realise how difficult this is, he's making my 1 1/2 hour round trip to the pharmacy for my pessaries this afternoon, and he's going to cook dinner tonight! ...me thinks I should cry more often!

Pilbara - hope you are feeling better today.. all these pregnancy hormones plus all the IVF drugs makes us so emotional and crazy I guess... lol with the suggestion to cry more often.. I just passed 14weeks.. I am still nervous and scared..seeing my OB in 3weeks.. seems like such a long time.. I don't feel any flutters or movements or anything..someple say they felt litte flutters at 14 weeks I think it's too early.. all i can see is my tummy getting bigger and bigger and also getting hard..i am already wearing maternity skirts and pants as I can't fit into my normal clothes..

CDNzin & Tommi- not long till your NT scan

    Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday!

Kalshy I am glad to hear that things are getting snug in there lol. I love it when you have to think hmmm should I just go and buy maternity clothes??? Yes, I think I should ;-) I didn't feel anything with my son will about 20 weeks, and if i felt anything before then I certainly didn't realise it. So it would depend on every person's body, but I would def think its too early. But tight clothes are a good sign!

Oh Pilbara! A good meltdown is needed some days! Men just don't realise how physically and emotionally hard it is on us, add to that the added stress of it being an IVF pregnancy, and we women just become a big ball of emotions! Crying is good though, I say milk it while you can hee hee hee

CDN glad the morning sickness is easing off a bit! Time goes so bloody slow when you are waiting for appointments!! I hope the next week + go quickly for you

Can't wait until you get to your scan too Tommi! Wish this week would just hurry up already lol

Sunshine that's so sweet that bubby was putting on a show for you! It is amazing how active they are in there and you have no idea! Party central!

littlesunflowers cramping definitely sounds normal. Your body will be adjusting to this new little person growing in there and agree as the others have said that if you have only recently done a full stim then your body is probably still reacting to that as well. Get as much rest as you can. If in doubt though, see if you can get another BT done before your scan to check your HCG levels, just for peace of mind x And I totally agree, the wait from the BT to the scan is even worse than the TWW, it is so stressful! But hang in there, I am sure bubby is just getting nice and snuggly for the next 9 months.

AFM, we are in the process of recovering from sickness in our house! I ended up vomiting on Friday night and spent most of the weekend in bed feeling hideous, DH came home from work yesterday with the runs and is still feeling pretty crappy today! Thankfully over the worst now, my god just having 4 vomits in a night made me feel so awful for those of you suffering such bad MS, I was rendered virtually useless all weekend as I felt so crappy. You ladies are amazing to get through it!

Had my BT yesterday for my NT scan next Monday, can't come quick enough, I just want to make sure that boris is still all ok in there and start telling people!! Its also DS1's birthday next Tuesday so we will be celebrating for him on the weekend, so thankfully I have a lot to organise to keep myself occupied!

Kalshy im 13wks tomorrow and keep thinking its to early but I seem to be really showing to people who know me. I'm bloated at night after a days food from belly button up but my bottom half is definately a bump.

I feel like I look quite big for 13wks.
Went from a 10 to 12. Then my 12s im wearing unbuttoned. Now I have to put my zip part down in the 12 and cover with baby band and Iong shirt. I have already put on alot of weight on my toplegs too.
All that snacking to stop the nausea and too kuch cough time during the past 2months I guess. The fact I've been told no exercise except walking nothing strenuous no lifting... isn't gonna help in the coming months. Lol
I need maternity work pants and jeans asap!!!
I wear elastic everyday except my 2 work days and shopping. Leggings and trax at home always.
I feel pain and uncomfy sitting up in bed already and do the side roll up movement! Likewise bending over to stretch and grab bag etc off passenger floor in car isn't comfy.
Lol.... this is real... its really happening...

My boobs dont seem any bigger than around week 8. I went 1 size up and 1 cup and have since bought an extension clip.

I feel quite fattish (though I know im not).. id just prefer to look pregnant with a round bump than look like a jelly beer belly! I can't I wait to have a real baby ball bump!
