    Hi Ladies................

Mrs P: Am sorry to hear you got sick on your holidays. Bronchitis is no fun either. Hope you're feeling better soon. Speaking of no fun, DS hitting the "Terrible 2's" now hey?? Oh Lord, they can be so trying at times too!! So, moving back to Cairns on the cards?? Perth not working out?? When are you looking at moving back?? Thanks for your kind words and well wishes for my mum and family. Although no treatment will cure her cancer, we're hoping there's some kind of treatment option that will give her a bit more time, hopefully until the baby is born but won't know until we meet with her specialists.

Emski: Good luck tomorrow Luv!! Got my your hormones are now playing the game and you're back on track for Cape Town!!

Kenta and Precious: What's the go ladies???

Booboo: Will be thinking of you and your DH on Fri and looking out for your update. for you girl!!

Hello to my girl Domiffy who I hope is ok in her part of the world and watching from the sidelines.

    AFM
: Am 14 wks exactly today. Appointment with WDA went well and as predicted Mrs P, Belly Bean was "kicking along in blissful ignorance" Well, technically she was asleep but WDA woke her up doing the scan, then she wouldn't lie still so he could get her heartrate (he did eventually...all good at 140bpm today) All bits and pieces accounted for and she looked great. Placenta looked good and was pulsing away nicely with good blood flow going through it. Got some more pic's I will show mum when she comes down next week

He said the pain I've been having is round ligament pain/spasms which can be quite painful at times (No sh*t Wazza!!) and in future when it happens, if the pain gets too excrutiating, he told me to take a valium and rest (if I'm able to).

Also the pain I've been getting in my vagina is from pressure on my cervix due to everything growing and the pain is even more pronounced because of the scarring on my cervix from the Cone Biopsy I had years ago. He checked to make sure my cervix was closed, which it is ("It's like the national bank vault in there...shut tight" he said) but I'm to tell them up at the hospital when having my antenatal visits to keep an eye on it in case it starts to shorten (in which case they'll put a stitch in it to keep it closed), but for now all is well thank goodness!!!

Ok my lovelies, just a quick post today. Will be keeping an eye out for your updates. Until next time...................

Congratulations Precious - 4 is great

    BiB
thank you for asking after me - it looks like we are still on ... estrogen has come down which is great. The Dr advised he will delay the start of my estrogen tablets as a result but all looking good to go with the original timing. It's times like this I wish they had an emoticon that was breathing a huge sigh of relief.
Glad to hear your pain is 'textbook' I've read about this round ligament pain and it doesn't sound like much fun at all! I hope you feel better soon x
BooBoo - Good luck for tomorrow lovely.

MrsP - good to see you on here - where in the East will you move to?

    Hi Ladies...................

Precious: Well, what a fantastic outcome!! 2 in the oven and one in the freezer...you can't be unhappy with that?? And 3 frosties for the future is excellent too!! Obviously the quality is there Luv and that's a great start!! and your pair of embies settle in for the duration!!!

I've had valium for transfer quite a few times. I have scar tissue on my cervix from a cone biopsy I had to remove abnormal cells in my early 20's and that, according to my FS "Makes it harder to get in the door" LOL, so consequently, transfer is really painful for me. My FS for the last 2 Cycles has given me valium (which he gives to all his patients prior to transfer as standard to relax the uterus) and pethidine (I feel sweet F.A. after that little cocktail I can assure you!! LOFL!!!). My previous FS just gave me valium after I asked for something after finding my very first transfer excrutiating.

Anyhoo girl, if you've got the day off, I suggest you go home for a snooze. The valium should put you into a nice "hazy fantazy" state before transfer, but as I mentioned earlier, its primary role is to relax the uterus and prevent cramping. Good luck Luv, will look out for your update!!!

Booboo: Best of luck to you and DH!!! Will be thinking of you and keeping my all goes well and they get a good haul!!!

Emski: for your estrogen behaving itself!!! I bet you're breathing a sigh of relief Luv!! Honestly, who needs that kind of a mindf*ck anyway?? So glad to hear everything is back on track for SA. Bring it on girl!!!

Hello to Kenta, Mrs P and Domiffy.

Allrightly girls, just wanted to quickly pop and post this morning. Have a beautiful day everyone and I shall look out for your updates. Until next time...........

    Hi Ladies.....................

Just a quick update....Have not long got off the ph to the Specialist Midwife from the hospital and the final karyotyping from the CVS procedure I had done a couple of weeks ago has now been completed.

The Belly Bean is officially in the clear "with no anomalies found" according to the final report ...am feeling very blessed and very grateful that our baby girl is A-OK. I do understand how very lucky we are not only to have gotten a BFP in the first place (all things considered with my age egg quality wise, but also DP's age too in addition to having to use TESA'd sperm) but we also hit the "Conception Lotto" and got a healthy baby as well

I now hope and pray that I can carry her without any drama's and deliver her safely come September Ok, just letting you all know the latest. Hope you're all having a great day thus far

    Until next time...................

Precious so good to hear everything went well, hope the tww goes quick for you.
Emski glad to hear your estrogen levels are coming down, when are you headed to go over to SA?
Bib I am so happy to hear your news about your little one. You and hubby must be so relieved. Hope the rest of your journey is smooth, before you know it, you will have a sweet baby in your arms
Very happy and relieved to say dhs TESA went well, on the way home they rang dh to say they got 11 samples she also seemed happy with what they got
Dh was feeling fine until just as we were leaving the hospital, he ended up throwing up as soon as he got home feeling a bit better now after taking some more pain killers and having me as his nurse
Now it's nearly my turn again, EEK!

@bib. Awesome news. Time to relax now . Well a little lol
All went well with Valium felt great and relaxed
the frostie never made it . But had great 2 x 4 cells inserted. They're telling me it was a two day transfer. So now I'm confused. Didn't know it was called two days. But I've always had transfer two days after
im so careful this time as I really want this one to work. Don't really wanna wrap myself up in cotton wool but feel as if I want/need to
not sure what to eat or not to eat. Just being a Wally I think . Lol
