Hi girls, - waiting to go in for day 2 scan. Still nothing more than spotting, but my bloods are at base. P4 however is at 4. Right at the upper limit. I'm not very confident that we'll find much today.

    Thinking of you Dom.

BinB, - hope you morning is panning out well.

Hi there Blonde and Mrs P

Well after having a near melt down yesterday arvo and convincing myself that I'd already ovulated and there would be nothing to find at EPU the FS managed to retrieve 4 eggs after fossicking around in my ovaries this morning PHEW... so I will be holding my breath for fert report from the embryologist tomorrow morning... Just want to say that I really like my clinic - they are a fantastic team and the care is wonderful - I'm very relieved I do not have the extra layer of stress of cycling in Brissy this time round much nicer to be back in my own home on my comfy couch watching fluffy movies instead of stuck in a hotel room sweating out the wait for daily progress reports...

Blonde Yay for RDO and family time... boo for domestic drudgery.

Mrs P That's great your blood work is at baseline - how did your scan go?

Thank you lovely ladies for all the babydust, good vibes, hugs and finger crossing - what a wonderful support crew you are . to us all. I will be back tomorrow with an update whether it be good or not so good... take care my dears.

    Hey Dom...................

Yippee!!!! and congrat's on the 4 egg haul luv!!!! Been stalking this thread off and on all day in anticipation!!! LOL. That's great news girl!!! I'm so very pleased for you. Time to crack on to the next track on the meditation download!!!

You sound totally relieved to be over the first hurdle (especially after thinking you'd ovulated??? Do I dare to ask the question why you thought that???). I agree, it does help to have a great team behind you and I have no doubt that being back in your own home really helps to cut the stress even further.

Time to kick back and relax and enjoy those movies luv!!! I'm sending through some more to get those cells dividing and will start sending (via ESP) some "Fertilisation Vibes" direct to your petri dish!!!!

Ok girl, will leave you to it and hear from you tomorrow. Am sure your DP is looking after you well (no harm in playing that card for as long as you can). Thanks for touching base and letting us know what happened. Until tomorrow.....................

    Hi Girls,

Dom, - Four eggs, that's wonderful news! So glad that slow poke decided to come to the party and produce an eggie. I'm keeping everything crossed for 100% fert rate for you. And I'm guessing you are listening to your meditation tape as we type, trying to stay calm.

I'm back. It took me 2 hours to get to posting the last bit, LOL.

Blonde, - Glad you're having a long weekend. Enjoy the rest of it, now that you've done some of your weekend chores.

Dom, - I'm a bit like you. I'm not expecting much to go right on this (my last) cycle. There is so much potential for things to go wrong.

Anyway, I did my scan this morning. The sonographer told me I had 4 on the right, and 6 on the left. And a lining of 4.3 which I guess is OK for this stage.

Kate emailed this-arvo, with the green light to start stimming. Oops, I thought I got the go ahead after my BT results yesterday so i had started this morning. I called straight away to try to get more info, but she was on her way out the door for the weekend. I asked her what the report said about size and numbers but she couldn't give me answers because she didn't have my file in-front of her. One of the bummers about cycling remotely, - It's just nice to speak to the doctor, and get all the scan info as it's happening.

She told me to stop the DHEA right away, as WDA said that maybe that was causing a slightly elevated P4 with me. Apparently he noticed it in someone else too. I am more than happy to stop that one anyway. Hopefully I can grow some hair back.

I have to do repeat bloods on monday to check for the P4 I guess. Still expecting to have my cycle cancelled at any time. It just doesn't feel right only having light spotting instead of a proper AF. Next scan scheduled for thursday morning, which is the day we leave cairns. Agh, - is all I can say!

Anyway, I'm completely exhausted today. DH has been plodding along doing moving stuff, and I have done nothing. And on that note I should get to bed so I can have a better, more productive day tomorrow.

Have a lovely weekend ladies. I'll be checking in to see those fantastic fert results tomorrow Dom. xx

    Hi Mrs P.............................

"And she's jabbing"!!!!! I must say, it sounds promising with 4 on the right and 6 on the left!!! Yeeha!!! Let's hope those follicles decide to stay put and grow some lovely eggies for you You're lining's well on it's way too Here's some to get those follicles growing!!!

Had to LOL when I read you'd already started jabbing!!! What a crack-up you are!! No harm done though luv, so keep up the good work I say!!!
That's interesting about the DHEA?? First time I've ever heard about that I think I'll stop it in a couple of weeks when I start the Lucrin or maybe when I take the last BCP before I start stimms.....

Am sure everything will be fine with your BT on Monday and I think this cycle will definitely be a goer for you Lord, you've got a busy week allright, can only imagine how insane it's going to be before you actually leave on Thurs.....and you're fitting in a scan on the way out of the place too!!! When are you due to see WDA???

I hope you've woken up refreshed and full of beans this morning luv. You enjoy your weekend too.

Dom:...................Hope you've had a lovely sleep and have fully recovered from yesterday. Will be back later on for an update. luv that they're all dividing nicely

    Ok ladies....until next time..................

Hope you are both having a nice weekend ladies. it is such lovely weather here today . I'm trying to look at the positives because i have a horrendous headache, probably from the nitrodur. I did my first one last night because I didn't realise that I hadn't filled that prescription. I am very tempted to drop them. I don't have the time to be nursing headaches. It's not as if the patches are super crucial.

Anyway, getting back to the positive. It's a lovely day today ...

    Hi Mrs P....................

The Nitrodur Patches gave me headaches too for the first couple of days or so. It's one of the side effects of them unfortunately Then again, the Gonal-F gives me headaches as well in the first few days of taking it, so can't win with either of them

It's a hot/humid day down here. They're predicting showers/storms for later and for the next few days. Other than that, yes, I'm having a lovely weekend, but am getting worried we haven't heard from Dom yet???? How's the packing, etc going??? Am sure everything's under control.

Dom:......................Are you ok luv??? Am hoping you're just super busy and haven't had time to post an update. Am keeping my that everything's ok. (Oh, who am I kidding??? I'm worried sick about you girl).

Am off to organise lunch and do some yardwork a little later on. Really hope we get some rain soon, it's as dry as a desert down here..... Enjoy the rest of your weekend Mrs P and I hope the headaches subside quickly for you.

    Until next time girls................
