    Default Losing cm's but not weight

    So for the last 6-8 weeks (can't remember exact dates) I have been doing the "Get The Fat Outta Here" eating plan, walking in the afternoons and taking Duromine, I have lost 14 kg so far and according to size charts at online clothing stores I have gone down 2 sizes. This week however I have had 0kg come off the scales but I have lost 2cm in waist, 3 cm in bust and 1.5cm in hips come off. Is this just as good or do I need to work harder

    You are probably just converting fat to muscle. Ignore the scales, if you are losing cms then you are winning

    This happens sometimes.

    I think it's probably better to go by measurements than scales anyway... after all, people aren't able to see how much you weigh by looking at you, but they can notice that you're looking smaller!

    Yeah I just worry about what the Dr will say when I go in for my next lot of Duromine if no weight has come off :s silly I know
