City select here also.... It's an awesome double pram. This morning I was pushing the pram with one hand while drinking coffee and Narnie bread with the other...

    Ive had a few

Steelcraft Orbit something or other. It was great for one kid. Cheap ($180) and folded easy with a big basket

Phil and Teds Dash. It was great with two older kids (4 and 2). It was easy to push. It was heavy though, and those darn tyres kept going flat!!). I sold it because i was expecting a newbie and i didnt like the configs for a newborn, OR any of the car seats that would fit it.

Beema Duo. This is my current pram. I like that it is a double, and a cheap one ($500). It folds really easily (with both seats). It is lighter and narrower than the Strider Compact. It fits the Strider capsules with just a slot and lock (no adapter required).

I didnt like the city select because of the need to remove everything before folding (I live where it rains lots so being able to fold and stash easily and quickly was a must). Its also HUGE!! Though the size didnt translate to sitting room (my 2yo was almost too large for it). Its was also too expensive.

I didnt like the Striders due to the size and weight and the bottom child didnt look like they had enough room.

Wow how do you do this? I have trouble pushing it when holding other stuff (ie. Coffee). Absolutely love it though...so glad I made the right choice first time! And it fits in the back of my yaris!!

I absolutely 💗💗💗 my icandy. Best money we have ever spent.
I have the newborn capsule and then the toddler seat. Also like it as if number 2 came along while number one is still in a pram we can do tandem not side by side which I hate side by side prams

I'd get an emmalunga, it's my baby purchase regret, not getting it when both my parents tried to talk me into, and buy me it!

For those considering an iCandy, borrow a toddler when you go shopping, the seat is tiny, at 2 my dd looks ridiculous in it!

I just traded in a strider plus for a Silver Cross Wayfarer and couldn't be happier. Such a much nicer pram to push and get out and about. I've owned a lit of prams but this is my favourite and just may very well be my last.
