Default 9 Weeks Pregnant and feeling small twinges

I've been feeling these small twinges around the pelvic area on and off for about a week, its not painful and there is no bleeding. I've read on websites that you can expect to feel 'menstrual' pains but this is different. I'm not worried about it I was just wondering if others have the same thing?

They say every pregnancy is different.... I know for myself, I've been feeling...I wouldn't call them twinges...I'm not sure what I'd call them! But they feel like slow gentle waves across my lower abdomen, on and off for the last couple weeks.....I suppose it depends on the person, and how you describe things. I'm sure that other women have felt the same thing as you have

I had twinges and cramps all through pregnancy. The ligaments stretching causes sharp short pains. the rest are generally normal too. Unless there is blood accompanying the cramps or you can't bear it, I was told to consider it normal. If you are freaking out about pain or braxton hicks etc through your pregnancy you can always call you OB, the labour ward or 13 Health for advice on whether or not you need to see a doctor or go to hospital etc.

I had loads of twinges and cramps around 10weeks. Apparently baby usually has a growth spurt around then aswell
