    Ok so I'm putting it out there I love fruit loops and yes I even put sugar on them aswell don't buy them often as they are so expensive.
    Dd hates all cereal and toast so she eats fresh fruit or drinks an up and go every morning.
    I'm a bad mum I know.

    I dont eat cereal well sometimes ill have special k.

    But what do i find awesome tasting? Fruit loops! I havent had fruit loops in years but i remember they = awesome

    I make my own muesli, rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, linseed, shredded coconut and cinnamon - I mix in honey and coconut oil and then bake it in the oven until its toasted. It's so yummy with a few spoons of natural yoghurt I eat it every morning when I get into work and it keeps me going right through to lunch
