    I am sorry you are feeling down, I know how hard it can seem when you are having a bad day.

    I do not judge you, you weren't feeling any attention/affection from your DF and that is extremely difficult to deal with, I respect that.

    You are human and one of the best and worst things about that is we all make mistakes, no one is perfect. Try not to be too hard on yourself. Obviously I don't know the whole situation or anything so I am working on what you provided.

    A few years ago I was told I had clinical depression (very few people know about this) and I felt miserable every single day, I couldn't get out of bed and I didn't care what I was saying to people. I didn't care about life anymore in general.

    I don't think you have depression, I think you are a woman dealing with quite a lot of emotional stress. If you need go back to the doctor you saw and maybe have a few more sessions with her.

    That psychologist might be the wrong one for you. Perhaps you could try a new psychologist to help with things.
