    Yep that's what I'm doing just feels like all be doing is spending all day on the sofa!

    Your update has made my day! Get yourself a basket and put in it a drink bottle, some snacks, your phone, tissues, spit cloth, remote control, notepad and pen, something to read..... whatever you might need while feeding and have it close by to wherever you will be feeding. Baby will get quicker and you won't be feeding all day forever, but while you are you might as well be comfortable.

    Just a question- I van usually express a lot in morning -150ml
    Just expressed and got a lot less- could this mean bubs has had a good feed or does it not link.

    Bubs is feeding well babies are far more efficient at milk extraction than pumps
