You can try Clarey sage oil on the pressure point on your feet too, let me know what works though ladies as I am in the same boat GD and don't want to be induced so I will be trying what I can from 32 weeks and then other things from 36 weeks

Had my 3rd stretch and sweep yesterday had 4 hours of contractions last night that fizzled out again. Very frustrating.

Another stretch and sweep Monday morning. I feel like its never going to work!!! On a plus I'm 2-3cm dilated.

    Come on baby!

oh Pippi it's hard isn't it ! I had a good cry thismorning.

Facing possible induction at 39 weeks now instead of 40 which is so not what I want. Seeing Ob on Wednesday, really hoping the stretch and sweep on Monday is the final one to kick it off.

BTW pineapple just gave me a terribly sore gut. And I'm not game to try castor oil. I've got acupuncture on Tuesday + chiro on Tuesday. Costing me a fortune !!

BlueLips I have been following your diary and I was sure you were going to be able to induce the labour naturally! I really hope it works! In another week and a bit I will be doing all these things (minus the DTD) to get bub to come out before I get induced! Especially as I am facing continual CTG monitoring regardless of induction or not. Stupid GDM

It is so hard! Bluelips ur bubs water bag is made of steel! I really understand what ur facing. I had insulin dependent GD in my last pregnancy and faced induction at 38 weeks. I tried in the lead up to get DD to come naturally but unfortunately she wasn't ready to go anywhere! Hopefully it happens soon and u are spared induction and if not hopefully they won't have to do much to get it started cause your already 2 cms.
