    Default Chinese herbs

Hi guys dh and i have been ttc for 9 minths with no luck, so i went and had acupuncture for the first time yesterday, felt amazing afterwards. I was given all these Chinese herbs which I cooked up over night and I'm now really struggling to get them down, any suggestions on how to get them down easy?

When I lived at home mum would always have a herbal tea that I'd have to drink to help in one way or another. Unfortunately they're not the best tasting! I used to wait until it was cold so I could just gulp it all down and had a nice drink handy to flush the taste away after. I've never tried but could you add some honey to it? Or a bit of palm sugar when it's cooking? I don't know if it effects the herbs but it should make it was enjoyable to drink. Otherwise check with your acupuncturist for some tips. Good luck!

I tried herbal tea and its gross, couldn't do it.
Go to a naturopath or natural shop and get some in tablet form.

I found that having it at a just cool enough to drink temp the best.

I also found drinking fast, chasing it with a glass of water than shoving listerine in my mouth very helpful.
The more you take it the easier it is. Stick with it, you will get better results from the herbs than the tablets

    Goodluck

Yep, don't have it too hot. Drink it fast & have a chaser of something yummy! Taking the real herbs is way more effective than the pills so its worth persisting with it. Gross tasting Chinese herbs cured my horrible psoriasis on my face, which doctors & naturopaths couldn't cure for years. Hope it is similarly efffective for your situation! Good luck x

That's good, at least you know the others won't be as bad! Keep it up and you'll be seeing the benefits soon
