Default Enrolled Nursing Students - Starting in August 2013

Hi, I am enrolling to start my Diploma of Nursing (EN) in August. Just wondering if anyone else here is starting mid-year also and how you are going preparing for study? Will you be working at the same time? How are you organising your children if you have any? I'm starting to feel a little worried about how I will juggle the children and household with study, though I think the 2 days of Tafe each week will help keep me in check. Anyone else in the same boat?

Hi Angelanathan.. which tafe are you enrolling with? I'll study through Bremer. They originally said they would start the class in August, though are now thinking about starting another part time class in July (I hope this goes ahead I'm a bit over waiting lol)

I'm enrolling in the diploma this wednesday at the information seminar.. can't wait! Are you doing the course externally or will you go to tafe 5 days or something for Full Time?

    Things have changed for me.
I accepted a traineeship into a cert 3 in aged care.
So I will work minimum 15 hours a week.
I looked into tafe and it was 4 days a week.
I think I could go privately for 2 days.
Might even see bout it next year.
