    I think my favourite throw together sauce is to fry all the vegies up in some sesame oil, add a few tablespoons of soy sauce, table spoon of black pepper and a teaspoon of white pepper.
    Super basic but still nice.

    Chinese 5 spice, soy sauce, fish sauce, Chinese brown vinegar, brown sugar, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, fresh chillies, sesame oil.

    Sound strange but I do minced garlic, honey, tomato sauce and a dash of sweet chilli. Mixed with chicken hokkien noodles and vegies
